What is Regression Therapy?
Have you ever had the sense you have lived before, that certain places feel like home or you carry fears that have no origin?
Regression Therapy is a gentle, guided process that helps you to access and explore memories that are stored in your subconscious mind and may be influencing your behaviours and emotions today.
By working in a relaxed state, regression therapy allows you to safely revisit the root causes of emotional blocks, fears, challenges or unexplained reactions. Rather than reliving pain, the focus is on understanding, releasing and healing to bring clarity, resolution and emotional freedom. You will release what no longer serves you and you will bring forward the wisdom learnt into your present life.
Each session is currently conducted via Teams and lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Each one involves guided meditative techniques to allow you to find any memories that you have stored away in your subconscious. You will remain concious and in control at all times.
Everything that is said by yourself and the therapist is recorded and you will receive a copy of this at the end of the session. Memories that are brought forward in the session can be discussed afterwards if you wish, but should you need any further professional help, you will be signposted to the appropriate organisations.
